Summary

With extraordinary access to the West Wing, Michael Wolff reveals what happened behind-the-scenes in the first nine months of the most controversial presidency of our time in Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House

Since Donald Trump was sworn in as the 45th President of the United States, the country―and the world―has witnessed a stormy, outrageous, and absolutely mesmerizing presidential term that reflects the volatility and fierceness of the man elected Commander-in-Chief。

This riveting and explosive account of Trump’s administration provides a wealth of new details about the chaos in the Oval Office, including:
-- What President Trump’s staff really thinks of him
-- What inspired Trump to claim he was wire-tapped by President Obama
-- Why FBI director James Comey was really fired
-- Why chief strategist Steve Bannon and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner couldn’t be in the same room
-- Who is really directing the Trump administration’s strategy in the wake of Bannon’s firing
-- What the secret to communicating with Trump is
-- What the Trump administration has in common with the movie The Producers

Never before in history has a presidency so divided the American people。 Brilliantly reported and astoundingly fresh, Fire and Fury shows us how and why Donald Trump has become the king of discord and disunion。

I’m not going to write about my feelings - personal and political - about Donald Trump, but rather if Michael Wolff’s new book, “Fire and Fury”, is worth reading。 This is, after all, a BOOk review, and my feelings about Trump really shouldn’t matter。Michael Wolff has written three books about the Trump presidency。 As a journalist, he knows both how to write and what to include in his writing。 This is very important, because there’s so much “out there” that any biography of Trump would/could coll I’m not going to write about my feelings - personal and political - about Donald Trump, but rather if Michael Wolff’s new book, “Fire and Fury”, is worth reading。 This is, after all, a BOOk review, and my feelings about Trump really shouldn’t matter。Michael Wolff has written three books about the Trump presidency。 As a journalist, he knows both how to write and what to include in his writing。 This is very important, because there’s so much “out there” that any biography of Trump would/could collapse under its own weight。 Michael Wolff’s book goes into Donald Trump’s last few months in months in office along with the spicy anecdotes we’ve come to expect from a “tell-all”。Should you buy Michael Wolff’s book? Why not? Like all his work, it’s superbly written, and is a pleasure to read, no matter what your political beliefs。 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 This book will tell you how the condition in the White House feels like。 The varies point of views from Jared, Ivanka, and Bannon made this book unexciting to read。 Also, reading this book after the presidency finished did not make me learn from historical pov。

I didn't read this book for 'what' was being said, rather for 'how' it was being said。 It would have been a great humerous fictional account。 Being real draws it towards horror。I used it as a bed book, which came with the rest of my order for free in the promotion。 I didn't read this book for 'what' was being said, rather for 'how' it was being said。 It would have been a great humerous fictional account。 Being real draws it towards horror。I used it as a bed book, which came with the rest of my order for free in the promotion。 。。。more

What is left to tell anyway? This is the story' of a circus once Occupy 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue with cheeto as the main clown。 Wolff is a master story' teller for describing the chaotic circus。 Anyway who voted these clowns to rule US and A? Insightful behind-the-scenes portrayal of the incompetence in the Trump White House。 The author’s writing style, however, made the book hard to read: long sentences and almost all of them “interrupted” with long, parenthetical phrases。 The sourcing was also a problem: it was often hard to know from whose point of view he was writing and so credibility was sometimes in question。

The author looks down his nose at everyone。 It is one thing to write about rude, unprofessional, and bad things in an administration。 It is another to have distain for anyone that isn’t a Ivy League graduate or Washington insider。 He says stuff like “local school Virginia Tech” with such hate and arrogance。 News flash, not every intelligent person goes to Harvard or Yale。 This is the most judgmental book I have ever listened to or read。 It is one thing to analyze and point out the failures of an The author looks down his nose at everyone。 It is one thing to write about rude, unprofessional, and bad things in an administration。 It is another to have distain for anyone that isn’t a Ivy League graduate or Washington insider。 He says stuff like “local school Virginia Tech” with such hate and arrogance。 News flash, not every intelligent person goes to Harvard or Yale。 This is the most judgmental book I have ever listened to or read。 It is one thing to analyze and point out the failures of an administration (which would make a good book) but; it is another to just put down and make fun of anyone who isn’t exactly like you。 He keeps says things like “He (Trump) has a yacht。” So。。。。。 someone with money buys expensive things! Oh my! “Rich men are a fact you just have to accept and deal with。” Heaven forbid someone be successful!!!! “They did executive orders!” So did Obama and every other administration。 “In flyover country, there is no greater value than celebrity。” No, we have brains too。 We go to college too。 We read as much as you do。 And, there are many different types of people with many different political views。 He basically calls everyone right of center racist。 No, we are not。 Lincoln was a republican。 Also, there are republicans from all different ethnic groups; just like democrats。 。。。more

surprising read to how dysfunctional it was。

This book sucks。As can be inferred from his writing, the author did not manage to learn anything from his time in the White House。The one star is for the interesting tidbit that Trump pronounced Mr Xi’s name as “Mr She”。 I thought that was pretty hilarious。

One of the prime issues when writing about Donald Trump is that any active mind focusing in and out of the news cycle is bound to know a lot of this by now。 Through passing comments and idle chit-chat with friends, you may know much of what Michael Wolff writes about。 His aim is unclear。 Is it a hit piece? A piece of history? An account of what really happened inside the White House? His lack of a bibliography is an odd note to pick up on, but does not inspire much confidence。 Quotes that match One of the prime issues when writing about Donald Trump is that any active mind focusing in and out of the news cycle is bound to know a lot of this by now。 Through passing comments and idle chit-chat with friends, you may know much of what Michael Wolff writes about。 His aim is unclear。 Is it a hit piece? The maniacs have taken over the asylum。 A view of the Donald Trump and Steve Bannon Whitehouse in the first nine months of DJT ‘s presidency。Lots of gossip , leaks and mayhem to be heard Let us pray that we do not see those folk back in power。

I skimmed it honestly, since I waited until he was no longer President to actually read it

Donald Trump hated the idea of this book being made available, which has likely been the main reason for the sales of this book being high。 Of course, on this occasion I wanted to jump on this bandwagon and find out exactly how much of a mess his presidency was。 How true it really is who knows, but the author is certainly keen to convince us it all is。 Leaves you shaking your head at the turn of events, and almost in awe of Trump’s ability to pull himself out of what would sink most other people Donald Trump hated the idea of this book being made available, which has likely been the main reason for the sales of this book being high。 Of course, on this occasion I wanted to jump on this bandwagon and find out exactly how much of a mess his presidency was。 How true it really is who knows, but the author is certainly keen to convince us it all is。 Leaves you shaking your head at the turn of events, and almost in awe of Trump’s ability to pull himself out of what would sink most other people!Raring this the score I have as once I got into it this turned out to be a real page-turner。 Made me immediately buy the follow-up! 。。。more

Unsure how credible some of these facts are while others seems to check out。 Needless to say, I’m not surprised with what I’ve learn about good ol Trumpy Trump。

Tom Weissmuller

Entertaining。 Because President Trump is so transparent, this book is more revealing of the exploits and illusions of those who contributed, first to the Trump campaign and then to the dysfunction of the Trump presidency。

Don Draper

I felt I was reading a tabloid—complete trash。

Fabis Del Aguila

Decent insight into the dynamic of the Trump White House, but found it to be more of a gossip style approach。

Lol。 Fire and Fury is basically referring to his endless tempter tantrums。 He never wanted the job。 No one thought he had a chance at winning。 Remember his first 100 days saw more turnover than food service work。 It basically goes over all the firings and tells you who all called trump the biggest idiot ever。 A lot of ppl。 Lots and lots of ppl。 They said he never read anything unless it was accompanied with pictures。 He didn’t even have speech writers。 He never thought he needed them。 It’s a goo Lol。 Fire and Fury is basically referring to his endless tempter tantrums。 He never wanted the job。 No one thought he had a chance at winning。 Remember his first 100 days saw more turnover than food service work。 It basically goes over all the firings and tells you who all called trump the biggest idiot ever。 A lot of ppl。 Lots and lots of ppl。 They said he never read anything unless it was accompanied with pictures。 He didn’t even have speech writers。 He never thought he needed them。 It’s a good read if you hate this man。 。。。more
